The Annexe is set in the small hamlet of Wall End Kirkby- in- Furness overlooking the Duddon Estuary with view of Black Combe and the Furness Fells.
A gated entrance offers access to an off road gravel parking space before taking a path through an extensive garden and steps up onto a veranda and the front door of the elevated property.
Inside the main entrance you’re met with a bright open living space containing large lounge /diner with kitchenette and twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.
